ACPPB FRUITFUL CHAPEL

This ministry is called, “ALL CHRISTIANS PRACTICAL PRAYING BAND” (ACPPB). It is not a church.

It is a nonprofit religious organization that believe in the teachings of our Lord JESUS CHRIST as contained in the Holy Bible. We believe that the bible is the word of God, we believe in the Holy Trinity, and we believe in Salvation through the sacrifice and meditation of our Lord JESUS CHRIST. It is a fellowship where unity and love are practiced showing that we are the children of God. In this ministry, you will learn how to draw closer to God. It is also a healing ministry. It is a Spiritual Fellowship whose activities are guided and directed by the Holy Spirit. Through praying and fasting bring all mankind under the umbrella of Christ’s grace; helping members of the Praying Band become true Christians, have faith in God, and confidence in themselves (Romans. 2:19) and to prepare members fully for life everlasting (Matt. 19:29).

Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. We invite anyone who is seeking to draw closer to God in spirit and in truth, to join us.

THE FOUNDING FAMILY

ALL CHRISTIANS PRACTICAL PRAYING BAND, (hereinafter known as the Praying Band) was founded in Nigeria as a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization. The Praying Band was formed on 24th May,·1957 by God’s divine will through the person of Late Elder Pa Eleazer Nwankwo Nwokolo·, (a retired Mission School Teacher) in collaboration with his able and devoted wife Madam Sophie O. Nwokolo, both native of Umunebo Village of Ufuma in Aguata Local Government Area, now Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. This Ufuma is now the “World Headquarters” of the Praying Band.

THE PRAYING BAND

The Praying Band no matter where located shall be known as and called “ALL CHRISTIANS PRACTICAL PRAYING BAND” (each Chapel differentiated by location or number) a non­ profit religious organization under the law of the individual states or country whereby it maybe located. The Overseas Headquarters is presently located at 7019 6th Avenue in the city of Los Angeles, state of California, United States of America.

DOGMA AND CREED

The praying Band has an entrenched belief in the teachings of our Lord JESUS CHRIST as contained in the Holy Bible as the book of God, the Holy Trinity, Salvation through sacrifice and meditation of our Lord JESUS CHRIST, Resurrection of the dead and life everlasting. Our Dogma and Creed embrace the belief that all things are possible unto any person who believes in Jesus Christ (Matt. 19:26). The Praying Band believes in preparing the mortal body of man to achieve spiritual ends by fasting, purification (JON 17:17) and prayer (Phil. 4:6) preaching of the teachings (1 TIM. 4:5) and philosophy of JESUS CHRIST as the hallmark of the Praying Band. The Praying Band encourages praying with “white candles” (ZEC. 4:2, 1 King 7:49). The Praying Band does not taboo the modem medical science but it condemns and abhors the use of charms, fetish things, objects and witchcraft (LEV. 19:4, DEU. 18:10&11). The Praying Band does apply and practice sanctification of Water and/or Oil by prayer and the use of Holy Water/Oil for any useful purpose (EZE. 36:25, JMS 5:14, MK. 6:13). The Praying Band is unique as it takes directions from Divine guidance.
